부천시에서는 사회적경제기업(사회적기업,마을기업,협동조합 등) 활성화를 통한 사회적일자리 창출 사업을 적극 추진 중에 있으며, 첫 단추로 “부천시 그린리더(수목관리사) 양성과정 및 사회적경제 아카데미강좌”를 부천시 사회적경제보금자리(송내동 소재)에서 오는 10월 8일부터 12월 10일까지 18회 운영한다.

수목관리전문가 교육을 통해 식물과 정원에 대한 지식과 실무적인 능력을 갖추고나아가 사회적경제기업을 설립할 수 있도록 사회적경제교육 및 컨설팅을 병행하는 획기적인 과정으로 진행한다.

주요내용은 식물의 이해, 정원디자인, 식물관리, 옥상정원디자인 등의 수목관리과정과 사회적경제의 이해, 사회적기업 운영사례, 사회적경제기업 만들기 등으로 이루어진다.

모집인원은 30명 내외이며, 일반시민 및 공무원․전문분야 퇴직자 등 사회적경제 기업을 희망하는 시민이면 10월 6일까지 부천시․유한대 사회적기업지원센터로 신청서를 제출하면 된다. 최종 선정 결과는 개인별 통보한다.

이번 아카데미 프로그램은 부천시 사회적경제 활성화를 통한 사회적일자리 창출과 사회서비스 확충 사업과 더불어 퇴직자 등이 새로운 인생을 설계 할 수 있도록 하는 인생 이모작프로젝트와도 연계하여 지역사회 통합과 주민생활의 질 향상에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

시 관계자는 “이번 강좌는 부천시만의 특화된 프로그램으로써 부천시가 적극적으로 추진하고 있는 사회경제 활성화를 통한 사회적일자리 창출이 성공적으로 추진 될 수 있는 시발점이 될 것”이라고 말했다.
