행정안전부에서는 취약계층 30%이상을 고용한 마을기업중 수의계약대상기준에 적합한 마을기업을 심사하여
수의계약 대상 마을기업 인증계획이니 기준에 적합한 마을기업의 많은 참여바랍니다.

□ 수의계약 대상 기준
○ (대상) 취약계층 30% 이상 고용한 마을기업
○ (취약계층 정의)「사회적기업 육성법 시행령」제2조 각 호에 따른 취약계층
○ (혜택) 지방자치단체를 대상으로 하는 계약시 최대 5천만원까지 1인 수의계약 가능

□ 행정사항
○ 접수 : ‘18. 7. 20일까지 신청서 및 증빙서 제출
○ 심사 : ‘18. 8월중 신청서 심사 진행
