※사회적기업 사업보고서
-사업보고서란 예비사회적기업이 사업실적, 이해관계자의 의사결정 참여내용 등을 작성하여 매년 5월 말까지 기초자치단체를 거쳐 광역자치단체에 제출하는 것으로, 개별 예비사회적기업이 지정 취지와 요건에 따라 운영되고 있는지 모니터링하고, 예비 사회적기업 전체의 사회적/경제적 성과분석 등에 활용될 기초자료를 확보하기 위함

※사회적기업 자율 경영공시
-사회적기업의 경영상태 및 사회적 목적 실현에 대한 정보 등을 다양한 이해관계자에게 자율적으로 공개하는 제도
-공시여부는 사회적기업이 자율적으로 결정하되 공시내용 등 중요사항은 가이드라인을 설정하여 통일성 유지
