역량강화 컨설팅(4차) 지원 사업」을 다음과 같이 공고합니다.

□ 지원대상: (예비)사회적기업

※ 경영컨설팅 지원한도를 초과한 기업, 2018년 컨설팅 수진기업, 상품경쟁력 강화 지원 사업

참여 기업은 지원 대상에서 제외됨

□ 지원내용

ㅇ 재무상태 종합 분석, 회계이슈 파악 및 개선과제 도출

ㅇ 사업별 매출계획, 원가 및 판관비 추정 등 재무계획 수립

ㅇ 투자유치를 위한 대상기업 평가 및 투자제안서 작성 자문

ㅇ 감자·증자 프로세스 등 재무구조 개선 지원

ㅇ 손익분기점 분석 등 수익성 개선 활동 지원
