ㅇ(사업내용) 행안부–농협–신용보증기금 업무협약(MOU)을 통한 지역사회혁신활동 맞춤형 금융지원(시설자금, 운전자금 보증‧저리대출) 및 컨설팅 지원 등 제공

※ 지역자산화 지원사업 : 지역 주민들이 안정적인 지역활동을 위해 건물‧토지 등의 자산을 공동으로 매입‧운영하며, 이에 따라 창출되는 유무형의 가치를 지역사회에 환원하는 사업

ㅇ (지원대상) 주민과 함께 지역자산화를 추진하는 민간단체*

* (예비)사회적기업, (사회적)협동조합, 마을기업, 자활기업 등 사회적경제기업

-「사회적경제기업에 대한 보증 운용기준」(신용보증기금)을 준용하여 아래와 같은 사회적경제기업이 지원 대상에 해당됨

ㅇ(신청방법) 관할 광역지자체 사회적경제기업 담당부서

①방문 접수(대표자 본인 방문) 또는 ②우편 접수

ㅇ(신청기간) ‘20. 3. 5. ~ ’20. 3. 31.(4주간), 평일 09:00 ~ 18:00

ㅇ(구비서류) ①사업계획서, ②대표자 본인 신분증, ③사업자등록증(사본), ④사회적경제조직 증빙 서류(인증서 등 사본), ⑤정관(사본), ⑥공인회계사(세무사)로부터 확인받은 최근 3년간 재무제표(사본), ⑦국세 및 지방세 완납 증명서(원본), ⑧기업 소개자료, ⑨협약 금융기관인 신보 여신규정에 따른 요청 서류* 등
