□  협동조합기본법 제49조의2 및 제96조의2에 따라 모든 사회적협동조합(연합회)와 일정규모 이상(조합원 200인 이상 또는 출자금 납입총액 30억 이상)의 협동조합(연합회)는 매 회계연도 결산일로부터 3개월 이내에 경영공시를 하여야 합니다.

* 회계연도가 1.1.~12.31.인 조합의 경우, 코로나-19로 인한 총회 지연 등을 감안하여, 3월 말이 아닌 4월 말까지 공시 입력기한을 유예 (20.3.20.(금) 수정)

– 이와 관련하여 2020년 경영공시를 다음과 같이 알려드리오니 경영공시 대상 (사회적)협동조합(연합회)는 기한 내 경영공시를 차질 없이 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.

□ 유의사항
– 경영공시 자료를 등록 후 중간지원기관의 사전 검토에 적극 협조하시어 부실공시에 따른 불이익을 받지 않도록 유의하시기 바랍니다.
– 또한 협동조합기본법 제119조에 따라 경영공시 기한 미준수, 허위 부실 자료 공시 등 경영공시를 게을리 한 경우에는 100만원 이하 과태료 대상이니 각별히 유의하여 주시기 바랍니다.
