｢2021년도 사회적기업 인증 업무지침｣ 및 ｢국토교통형 예비사회적기업 지정제도 및 사회적기업 인증추천제도 운영지침｣에 따라 국토교통부에서 2021년도 국토교통형 예비사회적기업(도시재생분야) 지정계획을 다음과 같이 공고하였습니다.

1 . 지정개요

□ 목적: 도시재생 분야에 특화된 국토교통형 예비사회적기업을 지정하여 지정된 기업이 일자리와 소득창출 등을 통해 지역경제를 활성화하고 국민의 삶의 질 향상에 기여토록 지원

□ 지정기간 : 지정일로부터 3년

* 유사사업(마을기업, 농어촌공동체회사 등) 참여 시 지정기간은 「2021년도 사회적기업 인증 업무지침」 준용

□ 지정 시 지원내용

ㅇ 재정지원사업(일자리창출지원, 전문인력채용지원, 사업개발비지원) 참여기회 제공 * 지역형 예비사회적기업과 동일한 자격 부여

ㅇ 사회적기업 인증 추천이 필요하다고 판단된 기업은 심사위원회 심의를 거쳐 인증 추천

ㅇ 도시재생뉴딜사업, 도시재생예비사업 선정시 가점(지자체), 주택도시기금 도시재생씨앗융자 한도상향 등

2. 지정요건

◆ 국토교통형 예비사회적기업(도시재생분야)으로 지정받기 위해서는 다음의 지정요건을 모두 충족하여야 하며, 세부적인 판단 기준은 「2021년도 사회적기업 인증 업무지침(고용노동부)」 준용

3. 지정절차

□ 지정절차 및 일정

ㅇ 서류검토, 현장방문 및 면담 등 신청기업에 대한 현장실사 후 심사위원회 심의를 거쳐 국토교통형 예비사회적기업으로 지정

* (절차) 사전 상담 및 컨설팅(사회적기업진흥원, 권역별 지원기관) → 지정계획공고(국토교통부) → 신청·접수(사회적기업 통합정보시스템) → 서류검토 및 현장실사(사회적기업진흥원, 권역별 지원기관, LH도시재생지원기구) → 지정심사(심사위원회) → 지정・공고(국토교통부)

□ 지정결과 발표 : 2021년 10월(예정)

ㅇ 국토교통부, 도시재생 종합정보체계 및 한국사회적기업진흥원 홈페이지 등을 통해 공고

* 지정결과 발표 시기는 신청기업 수 등에 의해 변경될 수 있음

4. 접수 및 제출서류

□ 국토교통형 예비사회적기업으로 지정을 받고자하는 기업은 지정 신청서, 사업계획서 및 관련서류를 사회적기업 통합정보시스템(www.seis.or.kr)을 통해 접수

□ 신청기간 : 2021년 7월 12일(월) 09:00 ～ 7월 30일(금) 17:00

□ 신청방법 : 온라인 접수(마감일 17:00시까지 온라인 등록된 신청에 한함)

– 사회적기업 통합정보시스템(http://www.seis.or.kr)

– 온라인 접수마감일 17시까지 “신청서 제출”을 반드시 눌러 처리하여야 함. “임시저장”은 최종 제출이 아님을 유의

– 마감일에는 접속인원 과다로 접속이 원활하지 않을 수 있으니 조기에 입력 요망(전산장애 유의), 온라인 접수마감일까지 완료된 접수만 인정

– 시스템 용량 제한이 있으므로 서류 첨부 시 유의
