○ 사업 목적

– (예비)사회적기업 수요에 맞는 우수한 경영컨설팅 서비스를 제공하여 사회적기업의 생산성 향상 및 경쟁력 강화를 통해 지속 가능한 조직으로써 자립경영 할 수 있도록 지원

○ 표준형 컨설팅 개요

-지원대상 : 예비 및 인증 사회적기업

-컨설팅 총 사업기간 : 계약체결일로부터 ~ 2021.10.30.(금)

–컨설팅 지원 수 : 총 20개 내외 (예비)사회적기업

-컨설팅 지원규모 : 1백만원 ~ 6백만원 내 신청

※신청 금액에 따른 자부담이 있으며 (하단 “기업부담금 산출방식” 참고), 내부 심사에 따라 컨설팅 지원 금액의 규모가 달라 질 수 있음.

▷ (기초) 공공시장 이해, 업종별 공공시장 분석, 조달청 등록요건, 경쟁입찰 자격조건 등

▷ (심화_서비스 분야) 민간위탁 사업 제안 전략수립 지원, 포트폴리오 구성 및 PT코칭, 지적재산권 및 특허출헌 관련 등

▷ (심화_조달 분야) 다수공급자 등록, 우수조달 상품등록, 직접확인증명서, 공장등록, HACCP요건, 입찰관련 자격 지원 등

-분야2: 자금·정책연계 지원

▷(자금분석) 사업개발비 타당성과 재무분석 등의 자금분석 자금

-분야 3: 소셜 BM 고도화

▷ESG, 사회가치, 그린뉴딜 등을 반영한 소셜 비즈니스 모델 재정립·구체화 지원, 경영시스템 및 조직진단개발 지원

-분야4: 협업모델 디자인 지원

▷기업간 기술·인력의 매칭 지원과 공동입찰, 디자인, 컨소시엄 구성등을 위한 사회적경제기업 연계 협력 지원

▷일반경영 및 마케팅 등의 컨설팅 지원
