※ 2021년 청년 등 협동조합 예비창업자들의 준비된 협동조합 설립 지원을 위한 창업팀 모집- 분야별 역량있는 창업팀을 모집하여 협동조합 설립 단계별 맞춤형 교육·멘토링 운영

1. 신청자격

:협동조합 기본법 에 따른 법인을 신규 설립·조직변경하려는 자

신규설립	○(사회적)협동조합을 신규 설립하려는 자 -협동조합 신규 설립에 결격사유가 없는 개인 또는 법인으로, 신청 당시 최소 3명 이상의 팀원이 구성되어야 함
연합회	○(일반·사회적·이종)협동조합형합회를 설립하려는 협도옺합 -연합회 설립에 결격사유가 없는 법인으로, 창업팀 모집 공고일 당시 설립된 최소 3개소 이상의 팀원(협동조합)이 구성되어야 함
조직변경	○(사회적)협동조합으로 조직변경하려는 법인 -협동조합으로 조직변경에 결격사유가 없는 법인

2. 기준요건

:최소 3인 이상으로 팀원 구성 및 참여

-사업 완료 전까지 협동조합 설립에 필요한 발기인(신규설립 시 5명 이상) 구성

-조직변경의 경우 조직변경을 희망하는 법인 1개소가 신청하며, 그 외 팀원을 구성하지 않음

3. 선정방침

:협동조합 형태의 창업 실현 의지, 협동조합 이해도,사업모델 적절성 및 실현 가능성 등을 기준으로 하여 최종 선정

4. 선정 심사 우대

-팀원이 전원 청년으로 구성된 신청팀(청년기본법에 따른 만 34세 이하인 자)

-5인 이상으로 구성된 신청팀

5. 지원내용

:법인 설립 단계별 교육, 멘토링 등 협동조합형 창업 지원 프로그램 및 법인 설립에 필요한 사업비 지원

6. 접수기간

: 공고일~7.23(금) 18:00까지

* 창업지원기관을 통해 신청분야, 신청방법, 신청서 제출, 작성방법 및협동조합 창업지원사업 관련 문의 권고

7. 창업팀 신청

-온라인 신청은 본 링크를 통해 신청서 제출

-제출서류: 신청서 제출로 갈음하되, 연합회 설립 및 조직변경의 경우 아래 서류를 개별 창업지원기관으로 이메일 제출

8. 유의사항

-기획하는 사업 내용이 창업지원기관의 지원 프로그램에 적합한지 기관을 ㅌ통해 사전 확인 후 접수 권고

-창업지원기관은 제출한 신청서류만으로 확인 불가한 자료 등 추가서류 제출을 요구할 수 있음
