1.신청대상

45세 이상의 시니어 예비창업자 및 旣 창업자

* 旣 창업자는 “사업자등록증”상의 사업개시일이 공고일 기준 2년 미만 인 자

* 공고일 기준 인·지정 (예비)사회적기업 제외

2.신청기간

2021년 7월 9일 (금) ~ 8월 6일 (금) 17:00까지 – 약 5주간

온라인 접수 (접수메일:  [email protected])

이메일 접수 시 제목의 앞머리에 “2021년 시니어 사회적경제 창업경진대회” 표기

③ 사업계획서 1부 (서식3)

④ 개인정보수집이용 동의서 1부 (서식4)

⑤ 참가신청 정보 (별지 서식5)

⑥ 사업계획서 요약본 PT(15P 이내/자유서식)

<작성 유의사항>

사업 아이디어 및 소셜미션(사회문제 해결 방안, 사회적 가치 창출 등), 사업 계획(사업자금 확보 및 소요비용 추계, 추진 일정 등), 창업 준비도, 사회적기업으로서의 성장 가능성, 계획 등의 내용을 중심으로 작성

– 초기창업팀 추가 제출서류

① 사업자등록증(사본) 1부

② 법인등기부등본 또는 비영리민간단체등록증(사본) 1부

③ 2020년 재무제표    – 2021년 설립 기업인 경우 2021년 1/4, 2/4분기 부가가치세과세표준 증명￿확인

④ 4대 사회보험 사업장 가입자 명부 1부

※ 제출된 서류는 반환하지 않음
