1) 중점관리시설 집합금지 및 방역지침 의무화

 

○ 대상 시설 : 유흥시설 5종* * 클럽·룸살롱 등 유흥주점, 콜라텍, 단란주점, 감성주점, 헌팅포차 ○ 법적 근거 : 감염병예방법 제49조제1항 각 호 ○ 조치 내용 : 집합금지 붙임 1. 수도권 유흥시설 집합금지 조치 1부 ○ 대상 시설 : 방문판매 등 직접판매홍보관, 노래연습장, 실내 스탠딩공연장, 식당·카페(일반음식점·휴게음식점·제과점) ○ 법적 근거 : 감염병예방법 제49조제1항 각 호 ○ 조치 내용 : 방역지침 의무화 – 의무화된 방역 조치를 1차례 위반하더라도 집합금지 실시하는 원스트라이크 아웃제 적용 가능함 붙임 2. 수도권 중점관리시설 방역지침 의무화 조치 1부

2) 일반관리시설 방역지침 의무화

 

○ 대상 시설 : 일반관리시설 14종* * 결혼식장, 장례식장, 목욕장업, 공연장, 영화관, PC방, 오락실·멀티방, 실내체육시설, 학원(교습소 포함), 독서실·스터디카페, 직업훈련기관, 놀이공원·워터파크, 이·미용업, 상점·마트·백화점(종합소매업, 300㎡ 이상) ○ 법적 근거 : 감염병예방법 제49조제1항 각 호 ○ 조치 내용 : 방역지침 의무화 붙임 3. 수도권 일반관리시설 방역지침 의무화 조치 1부

3) 모임·행사

 

○ 법적 근거 : 감염병예방법 제49조제1항 각 호 ○ 조치 내용 : 100인 이상 모임·행사 금지 – 공무 및 기업의 필수 경영활동에 필요한 경우 예외 허용 – 시험 등의 경우 분할된 공간(예: 교실)내 100인 미만이면 허용 * 전시회·박람회·국제회의의 경우 시설 면적 4㎡당 1명으로 인원 제한, 100인 기준 미적용 붙임 4. 수도권 모임·행사 방역지침 의무화 조치 1부

4) 종교시설

 

○ 대상 시설 : 종교시설 ○ 법적 근거 : 감염병예방법 제49조제1항 각 호 ○ 조치 내용 : 방역지침 의무화 붙임 5. 수도권 종교시설 방역지침 의무화 조치 1부

5) 고위험사업장

 

○ 대상 시설 : 콜센터, 유통물류센터 ○ 법적 근거 : 감염병예방법 제49조제1항 각 호 ○ 조치 내용 : 방역지침 의무화 붙임 6. 수도권 고위험사업장 방역지침 의무화 조치 1부

6) 교통시설

 

○ 대상 시설 : 대중교통 시설(국제항공편 제외) ○ 법적 근거 : 감염병예방법 제49조제1항 각 호 ○ 조치 내용 : 방역지침 의무화 붙임 7. 수도권 대중교통시설 방역지침 의무화 조치 1부

7) 국공립시설

 

○ 소관 부처·지자체에서 수립한 시설별 방역지침에 따라 방역 철저 관리하며 운영 – 경륜·경정·경마장·카지노는 운영 중단, 이외 시설은 수용 가능 인원의 30%로 제한 원칙 * 부처·지자체 판단에 따라 시설별 특성, 방역 관리상황, 민간 시설과의 형평성 등을 고려하여 일부 탄력적 운영 가능

8) 사회복지이용시설

 

○ 시설별 방역지침에 따라 방역 철저 관리하며 운영 – 필요시 일부 시설은 휴관하고 긴급돌봄 등 필수 서비스만 제공 * 코로나바이러스감염증-19 유행대비 사회복지시설 대응 지침(7판) 참조

9) 스포츠 관람

 

○ 거리두기, 마스크 착용 등 방역수칙을 준수하며 경기장별 최대 수용 가능인원의 10%로 관중 입장

10) 직장근무

 

○ 공공기관은 기관별·부서별 적정비율(예: 전 인원의 1/3) 재택근무 등 실시 * 치안, 국방, 외교, 소방, 우편, 방역, 방송, 산업안전, 코로나19 관련 지원 등의 업무를 수행하는 기관(인력)이나 개인정보 등 보안이 필요한 정보를 취급하는 기관(인력)은 제외 – 출근한 인원은 시차출퇴근제 및 점심시간 시차 운영 적극 활용 – 회식·대면회의·출장 자제 ○ 민간 기관에는 위와 같은 근무 형태 개선 권고
