3. 융자 대상 기업
○ (융자 대상 기업) 경기도 내에 주된 사업장이 소재한 ‘법인’ 기업 중 다음 각 호의 사회적경제기업
○ (융자 제외 대상) 다음에 해당하는 경우 사회적경제기업에 해당하더라도 대출 취급을 거절할 수 있음
– 정상적인 영업활동을 통해 원리금 상환이 불가능하다고 판단되는 경우
– 자체 재원으로 자금 수요의 목적을 충분히 달성할 수 있는 경우
– 기타 사회 통념 및 사회적경제 활성화 취지에 비춰 기금을 통한 융자 실행이 부적합한 경우
○ (대상기업 지위의 유지) 기업은 융자 실행 이후에도 법인격, 사회적경제기업 지위, 사업장 소재지 등 대상기업 요건을 유지하여야 함
